In Attorney-General of Hong Kong and Another v Humphreys Estate (Queen`s Gardens) Ltd , Court of Appeal of Hong Kong 11 December 1986, appeal by plaintiff from previous decision regarding the granting of a crown lease of property with the right to develop. In exchange the defendant would acquire 83 flats in the premises belonging to the plaintiffs. When the deal fell through a dispute arose as to possession of the flats.
