Elliott Son & Boyton and Dron & Wright have called off their merger talks, after four months of discussions which saw a reversal in the fortunes of Elliott Son and Boyton, who lost all its Leeds offices and some if its Birmingham staff set up by a new firm during the course of negotiations.
