In, Regina v Tower Hamlets London Borough Council, Ex Parte Chetnik Developments Ltd , CA 13 February 1987, CA allowed appeal by ratepayers Chetnik Developments Ltd from previous decision dismissing their application for judicial review of the Council`s decision that rates payed by the applicants should not be refunded.
