According to Hillier Parker`s " European Property Bulletin", Frankfurt and Dusseldorf are the only cities in the top fifteen European cities to show any growth in rental values in the first six months of 1991. Prime office London rents remain the highest in Europe despite a 23.1% fall with Paris being the most expensive retail location.
