"Newham LBC v SoS Environment & another" QBD 13 January 1995. A breach of planning control was alleged by N but overturned by the SoS`s inspector. N argued the decision was perverse and did not follow precedent, but the court "held" that the inspector was entitled to depart from previous decisions as he had given clear and adequate reason.
