Upheld SOS`s decision that the haha (a ditch or sunken fence forming a a garden boundary) was part of the curtilage of a listed building and moreover considered to be part of the structure as defined in the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 s54(6) (Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 s2). Owner`s appeal dismissed.
