In Tagro v Cafane and another , CA 23 January 1991, it was held that the defendants were liable to pay damages to the plaintiff after regaining possession of a flat by breaking down the front door and stealing possessions, following an injunction ordering them to provide the plaintiff with a key after changing the locks .
