CA 24 June 1996. The respondent council proposed to relocate allotment holders. Under the Allotments Act 1925 s8 it required the new site to be `adequate`. Appeal against QBD decision 23 May 1996 (see Abs54421) that adequate means meeting needs of allotment holders and did not mean commensurate with existing site. Appeal dismissed.
