The government response to the report of the working group on runway capacity to serve the south-east (RUCATSE) concludes that while the RUCATSE analysis shows a strong case for additional runway capacity, the RUCATSE options should not be considered further. Any future developments must take account of environmental impacts. Includes parliamentary answer and an executive summary of RUCATSE report of 1993.
