The National Association of Solicitors Property Centres - Philosophy and objectives

Bennett, D.

The National Association of Solicitors Property Centres - Philosophy and objectives - 1986 - Law Society`s Gazette 83 (40) 5 November 1986 3321-3325(3) .

Sets out NASPyC `s policy with regard to the selling of property and conveyancing by solicitors , operating either jointly in solicitors property centres or individually through their separate practices. NASPyC feels that if solicitors do not respond to the challenge of participating in the property-selling market and are able to offer a full residential estate agency service and conveyancing package then the following 3 trends will continue: 1) conveyancing fees will drop further, 2) there will be an overall drop in instructions when estate agents are encouraged to take on licensed conveyancers and establish estate agents` one-stop shops and 3) there will be a drop in solicitors general profile in terms of public awareness. Lists the objectives of NASPyC.
