In Celsteel Ltd and Others v Alton House Holdings Ltd and Another (No 2) CA 18 December 1986, it was held that a lessor was not in breach of his covenant of quiet enjoyment where the acts constituting an interruption of the lessee`s rights were the exercise of rights created by a title superior to the lessor`s.
