Landlords gave tenants notice for early determination for demolition or reconstruction as agreed in the lease but also wanted to invoke the rent review provisions after this determination during the statutory continuation of the tenancy under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part II. Tenants` appeal allowed.
