"Wyre Forest DC v SoS Environment and another" QBD 15 June 1995. Upheld inspector`s decision to quash an enforcement notice in connection with the change of use from agricultural to mixed use. The inspector had correctly decided that the new leisure use, the keeping of horses, was ancillary to agricultural use.
