Property Choice Ltd v Fronda and another CA 12 July 1990. The appeal by vendors of a property, who accepted an offer of purchase on that property by a puchaser not introduced by the sole agent, was allowed. The sale did not go ahead and it was held therefore that the agents could not claim damages for loss of commission when they had suffered no damage.
