"Hynes v Twinsectra Ltd" CA 2 March 1995. Where an action for forfeiture of a lease was dismissed, the lease was restored to its full existence. Therefore a tenant eligible under Leasehold Reform Act 1967 Part I was entitled to apply to acquire the freehold of the property.
