The RICS is to publish quarterly a Farmland Price Index and Survey, replacing CALP, stopped by ADAS. The index will provide up to date and topical information on rural property market activity, provided by chartered surveyors, and will eventually cover the 18 months currently uncharted between the ending of CALP and the beginning of the RICS index.
