Swingcastle Ltd v Gibson CA 16 March 1990. The surveyor `s appeal against damages awarded to the mortgagee after the mortgagor defaulted on a property valued wrongly by the appellant was dismissed; the mortgagee being entitled to unpaid interest on the loan.
