LTS 26 August 1994. The provisions of a grant to lay and use a gas pipe prevented the claimants from extracting any minerals from the land in such a way as to affect the pipe or access to it. A dispute arose over the final payment of compensation and was referred to LTS. LT 26 August 1996. Compensation of £15,000 was held to be due to the claimants for the loss of profit from their inability to exploit the materials in a sterilised zone.
