Having entered the Alvey Project ,the RICS is working on a two-year programme with the University of Salford to examine practical applications of expert systems for the QS practice. BSRIA is developing two systems for building services . Finally, BRE has undertaken a three year project to develop BREXBAS , an expert system to diagnose data provided by building management systems .
