Reviews the plans of six architects who responded to a planning brief set by Atlanpole , Nantes `s local technopole , for development of a technology park . Two architects were assigned to three sites, which were to be transformed into a centre incorporating research institutions, educational buildings, leisure facilities, possible housing and parks. The object of the exercise was to help Atlanpole formulate a planning policy for the future of the Erdre Valley.
