Assesses the effectiveness of managed workspaces for the development and growth of small businesses , by highlighting results emerging from a study of 12 managed workspace developments in Yorkshire and Humberside . It would appear from initial observations that a low level of rent and availability of space are more important to tenants than shared business services and management advice and support, the provision of which are the main purpose of such schemes.
