B had applied to the tribunal for determination of compensation payable following the revocation of planning permission to use B`s land for 28 days in each year for clay pigeon shooting. Claimant`s valuation ranged up to £221,000, compensating authority contended compensation should be nil. Costs to be determined by LT. "Held" B entitled to costs of the reference and of the hearing of the application for costs. Claimant not entitled to any increase in costs attributable to the delay in providing details between 1990 and 1993.
