The two plaintiff tenants C and G sought declarations on the enforceability of solus agreements on petrol ties in leases granted by first defendant T later assigned to second defendant S. Held that covenants were enforceable by the assignees to the reversions against tenants C and G under Law of Property Act 1925 s141.
