In "Minah v Bank of Ireland" QBD 3 October 1995 it was decided that the Bank did not err in selling property for £39,000, in employing two estate agents or clearing the property ; plaintiff alleges property was undervalued, fees paid to two estate agents were unjustified, and he had suffered loss of personal effects.
