In Westminster City Council v Clifford Culpin and Partners and Another , CA 18 June 1987, the plaintiffs claimed against the defendant architects and builders for defects in the roof decking of three blocks in a development of flats and offices. CA agreed with previous decision to strike out the plaintiffs` action against the defendants for want of prosecution.
