"Watts v Savills" QBD 13 December 1996. W sold his brother his half-share of jointly owned land following the defendant`s valuation of the property at £70,000. Two years later, the brother sold the land for £750,000 following an increase in the development potential of the land. W claimed S had negligently valued the land. Judgment for plaintiff.
