Discusses "Oldham BC v Attorney General", ChD 7 April 1992, which confirms that where a donor gave a property to trustees to be held for charitable purposes and made it clear that he intended that particular property to be used for the performance of those charitable purposes, the Court had no jurisdiction to direct the property to be sold and an alternative provided with the proceeds.
