R v Rotherham MBC and another, ex parte Rankin QBD 27 October 1989. Planning permission for trade waste recycling premises was disputed with the applicant claiming that the Town and Country Planning GDO 1977 article 8, about publicity , had not been fulfilled, nor the requirements of the Town and Country Planning (Assessment of Environmental Effects) Regulations 1988. Application dismissed.
