"Agyeman v Boadi" CA 29 January 1996 argued against a conditional leave to defend A`s claim for rent arrears. B was asked to pay £600 into court, otherwise A would be entitled to her claim in full. B also argued A had taken goods from premises exceeding value of arrears and claimed trespass. Appeal dismissed.
