This study examines the tourist industry in a region bisected by an international border, the Anglo French Frontier Zone. The dual region has similar characteristics in terms of tourism , infrastructure, attitudes to tourism, marketing problems and associated solutions on each side of the Channel. Opportunities in the zone will be enhanced with the creation of a single market in 1992 and completion of the Channel Tunnel in 1993. (Journal abstract) References. Maps.
