ChD 31 March 1995. The landlord defendants by collateral agreements undertook to remedy damp in the leased property and grant rent concessions for this inconvenience. Before the defects were rectified, the property was to be sold and the tenants` application was to halt this sale. Application dismissed. The plaintiffs would not be prejudiced by the sale; the obligations under the collateral warranties would run with the reversion.
