Address for purposes of service

Address for purposes of service - 1994 - Estates Gazette (9425) 25 June 1994, 147(1) .

In "Willowgreen Ltd v Smithers" (Abs50687) a summons for possession was sent to premises where the tenant had never lived. CA found that under the County Court Rules `address` meant `an address at which the defendant ordinarily resides or works` therefore judgment for possession was set aside.
