R v SoS for the Environment , ex parte Davies CA 23 October 1990. A gypsy was unable to demonstrate that she was in adverse possession of land and consequently had an interest in the land in order to contest, under Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s174(1) , an enforcement notice to vacate the land.
