Watts and another v Morrow QBD 5 November 1990. A chartered building surveyor was found to be negligent in a structural survey report. He failed to follow the relevant RICS practice note by paying little attention to overall impressions of, in this case the roof , and also dictating the report on site and not reflecting fully on the survey.
