"R v Surrey CC, ex parte Oakimber Ltd" 27 June 1995. The applicant challenged the CC`s designation of a large area as a conservation area. Held that planning authorities were not expected to only designate a parcel of land, on which there was a building or some historic interest to protect but could consider the whole of an area.
