Financial viability of forestry

In response to the House of Commons Environment Committee report "Forestry and the Environment" the RICS suggests that financial incentives for improvements to the quality and size of Britain`s forests should be increased. If such incentives were available it would be hoped that more permanent set-aside land could be turned over to forestry.
