"Inverugie Investments Ltd v Hackett" PC 27 February 1995. I owned a hotel of 164 apartments; H was lessor of 30 under a 99-year lease. In November 1974 H was ejected by I who brought proceedings for possession. I, ordered to give up possession, did not until April 1990. H claimed and was awarded damages for trespass. I appealed. CA in Jamaica calculated the award and I appealed the decision. Appeal dismissed.
