Challenge to RICS design claim - 1995 - Building 260(7884) 17 March 1995, 13(1) .

RIBA objects to the proposed RICS constitution which states that part of a surveyor`s profession is to design buildings. The complaint to the Privy Council could delay approval of the constitution.
