QBD 6 March 1996. A landlord who allows a neighbouring retail outlet to be used for a purpose substantially similar to that of an existing tenant is not guilty of a breach of principles of good estate management nor does it thereby derogate from its grant. (N.B.NO PHOTOCOPYING ALLOWED)
