Decision letter 4 December 1995. Two appeals allowed: one appeal was against the failure of the Council to give notice within the prescribed period of its decsion on a outline planning application for the development of residential dwellings, vehicular and pedestrian access; the other appeal was against the refusal of the Council to permit an outline application for the construction of five homes. The land in question was near a reservoir and was unused operational land.
