CA 23 February 1989. An appeal against a decision to allow an application of the Rent Act 1977 sched 15 case 19 , thereby granting possession of premises to the landlord, and against the judge`s ruling under the Housing Act 1980 s55(2) that repossession was "just and equitable". The earlier decision was upheld with reasons for the decision being just and equitable. Appeal dismissed.
