Discusses "R v SoS Environment, ex parte Corby BC" (1994), in which Town and Country Planning Act 1990 s73 was interpreted to give applicants for planning permission a way to apply for an extension of time for the submission of reserved matters, thus enabling the resurrection of planning applications without the need for the submission of a fresh application.
