"Turner and others v Wandsworth LBC" CA 15 February 1994. Appeal by the landlords, the local authority, against the refusal of a possession order, on the basis that their intention to demolish under s30(1)(f) of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Part II was "not genuine". HC decision overturned. Appeal allowed.
