Appeal against Council`s refusal to grant planning permission for erection of portal framed building to provide workshop/store. At the hearing it wass established that proposal also included re-location of existing unauthorised jack-leg portacabin. The formation of a new access. servicee road and lorry turning bay, plus provision of eight car parking spaces and re-location of four tanks to form group of six tanks.
