"R v SoS Transport, ex parte Webb and another" QBD 29 April 1993. Road access to W`s property had been blocked by motorway development and the Department of Transport undertook in writing to grant a right of access along a specified route. After long delay, T offered an alternative route with which W disagreed. W sought judicial review of the letter outlining the new route and the application was granted.
