Reports on a decision in which a tenant farmer challenged a decision by an arbitrator who had taken into account the amount of concentrates which the farmer fed to his cows as well as the quality of the land and the climatic conditions when determining standard milk quota . The arbitrator`s interpretation of the proper basis for determining standard quota was thrown out of court.
