"Boustany v Piggott" Judicial Committee of the Privy Council 30 March 1993. A renewed lease was agreed but shortly afterwards rescinded on the grounds that it was an unconscionable bargain. This action being upheld by both the high and appeal courts of Antigua and Barbuda, the tenant`s appeal was dismissed.
