"Wycombe DC v SoS Environment & another" QBD 26 April 1993. HPL, second respondent, was the owner of some redundant farm buildings and applied to convert them for B1 use. Their application was turned down by W but permission granted by the inspector following an inquiry. W`s subsequent application to the High Court to quash the decision, based on interpretation on PPG2, was refused.
