CA 24 October 1996. In 1993 an application was made to use the site of a disused mine for landfill, followed by tree planting. The SoS, on the advice of the Inspector, refused the application. The judge quashed that decision, the respondents sought to raise a new point on the appeal. Appeal allowed (taken from heading). (NOTE:- NO PHOTOCOPYING ALLOWED).
