Application by tenant (L) for an extension of time under s22 of the Arbitration Act 1950 to remit award on grounds of technical misconduct due to the fact that L`s valuer`s submission for a 10% discoununt for the onerous nature of the clause had been addressed in evidence to the arbitrator. Held that there had been no technical misconduct by thee arbitrator. Application dismissed.
